Laelia Perrinii, or Perrin's Laelia, is an orchid included in Floral 5 (Men) for Team Building Perfume Workshop. Named after an English orchid enthusiast from the 1800s, it hails from Brazil and thrives in warm to cool climates, growing as an epiphyte at altitudes of 700 to 900 meters. This orchid features a single, strap-shaped leaf and blooms fragrant flowers from late summer to winter in racemes up to 25 cm long, emitting spicy floral scents. |

Phytochemical analysis shows trace amounts of alkaloids, which increase significantly when the plant is dried. |
