The Exciting formation of Amazing Race Team sub-groups

Team Formation: You can help us divide participants into teams of two or more, depending on the size of the group. It's best to mix individuals from different departments or areas to encourage cross-functional collaboration.
If not, our team of expert will divide the team before we start debriefing. 

30 minutes: Arrival & Debriefing for Amazing Race at Sentosa, usually Siloso Beach

We have series of challenges or creative tasks that are designed for your teams to complete. These challenges can be physical, mental, or skill-based, and should require teamwork and communication to succeed. For example, solving puzzles, completing a physical obstacle course, or navigating a scavenger hunt.

​Our team leader will provide the summary of the key events, tasks, and challenges that will take place during the race. They will also highlight any noteworthy moments or actions to be taken by the contestants.

2:30 hours: Start and finish of Amazing race at Sentosa

The teams should gather to discuss their strategy. They should evaluate the individual strengths and weaknesses of each team member and analyse how these factors influenced their overall performance. Assign specific roles and responsibilities to team members, and then aim to achieve the desired outcome or prize.

Our amazing race incorporates a theme that explores Sentosa's past, present, and future. This style of amazing Race team-building event will add an exciting and educational element to the experience. Here's a step-by-step guide that integrates this theme:
Step 1: Define Objectives and Goals
In addition to the team-building goals, we have outlined the objective of learning about Sentosa's history, present developments, and future plans. We will emphasize how this knowledge will enhance participants' understanding of the destination and encourage a sense of connection.


Step 2: Plan the Route and Challenges
Challenges are team-oriented and also provide insights into Sentosa's past, present, and future. For example:

• Historical Challenge: Puzzle or clue that leads teams to a historical landmark on Sentosa, such as Fort Siloso. Teams must answer questions about the landmark's significance.
• Present Challenge:  Tasks related to a current attraction or development on Sentosa, such as the Adventure Cove Waterpark. Teams could participate in a water-based challenge or answer questions about the park's features.
• Future Challenge: Challenge that requires teams to brainstorm and present creative ideas for a potential future attraction or development on Sentosa. This could involve designing a concept, presenting a pitch, or creating a prototype.

Debrief and Reflection: After the race, gather all participants for a debrief session. Discuss the challenges they faced, how they overcame them, and what they learned about teamwork and collaboration. Encourage participants to reflect on their experiences and share insights.
