Large Group Games
1. Scavenger Hunt
On a sunny day, divide your team into groups and organize a scavenger hunt in the city. You can create the hunt yourself or use services like The Go Game or Stray Boots for more creative challenges. This outdoor activity will refresh and energize your team. Don't forget to capture silly moments with pictures and have a slideshow at the end. 2. What’s My Name?

To play the game called What's My Name, each player is given the name of a person, alive or dead, written on an index card or Post-it note. The name is displayed on the player's back, head, or some part of their body that only other players can see. Once everyone has their assigned name, players mingle and interact with each other, treating their colleagues as they would treat the person listed on their card. Players can also ask questions about their own hidden identity until they guess correctly. The game has no complex rules or competitive aspect, but is an empathy-building exercise that fosters good company culture by giving employees a taste of what it's like to be treated like someone very different from themselves. It's a game that can be played with a large group of people and has the potential to be a lot of fun.

3. Cook-Off
This is a cooking-based team-building activity that could result in either success or failure in a light-hearted manner. Working together to create new dishes requires teamwork, leadership skills, and creativity. To begin, divide your team into smaller groups and choose a food category, challenging each team to create a delicious dish. The food category can range from ice cream to salsa to pizza. To make the challenge more interesting, you can add a twist, such as requiring all teams to use a specific ingredient, like maple syrup or Oreos. Another option is to challenge each team to create their food in a unique shape, such as turning pizzas into different shapes.

4. Sneak a Peek
Sneak a Peek is a game that combines memory and Pictionary to create a unique team-building activity. To play, groups of at least four people are formed and take turns recreating objects from memory. The game leader will create an object or structure using LEGOs, clay, or building blocks for each group to recreate. One member of each group has 10 seconds to "sneak a peek" at the object before returning to their group to describe what they saw so that their team members can recreate it using their own set of building materials. If the structure is not complete after a minute of recreation, another member of the group will have a chance to take a peek and provide further instruction. The objective is for the group to be the first to successfully recreate the object.

Playing Sneak a Peek allows employees to practice project management skills and learn how to complete tasks with input from different sources. It is also an enjoyable way to see how well coworkers can remember information.

5. Board Game Tournament
If you want to encourage a bit of friendly competition among your team members but can't leave the office, consider organizing a board game tournament. To make it more manageable for larger teams, choose a single game and have participants sign up for specific time slots when they're available to play. Popular games with reasonable play times include Jenga, Boggle, or even card games. Be sure to offer prizes for the top three winners to add an extra level of excitement.

Who says that trivia night has to be limited to the bar? Office trivia can be a great way to bring together a large group of colleagues and challenge them in areas that may not be related to their daily work. You can divide the company into teams of four or more and offer prizes to the teams that earn the most points. If you want to create your own trivia questions, you can sort them into categories with four or five questions per category, and offer bonus questions at the end of the game. You can assign each team a certain number of points per category to bet on, or you can assign a point value to each question. Each team can bet as many or as few points as they want per question until they've used up all their points for that category. If you don't want to create your own trivia questions, you can hire a trivia company to host a trivia night at your office. There are many national trivia companies, such as District Trivia, The Trivia Factory, and the Big Quiz Thing, that would be happy to host an event on site.

If you have ever shared stories by the campfire, you may be familiar with a version of The "Suddenly" Story. This team-building exercise resembles a choose-your-own-adventure book. It entails collaborating with your coworkers' (often amusing) imaginations to create a story rather than simply telling one.
To play The "Suddenly" Story, have your team form a circle, and provide the first three sentences of a tale on any subject. Once those three sentences are complete, say "Suddenly..." and pass the story to the person next to you. They must use your three sentences to add to the story with another three sentences, followed by "Suddenly...". Each occurrence of "Suddenly" allows the story to take a different direction, as determined by the next person in the circle.

The "Suddenly" Story exercise encourages individuals to build upon previous content while also being inventive when everyone is paying attention to them. Try it out the next time you want to gather your department for a break, and you're certain to elicit laughter from everyone involved.

11. Go-Kart Racing
Introducing a little healthy competition can foster camaraderie within a group. One way to achieve this is through an exhilarating activity such as kart racing, which can bring employees together in a novel and enjoyable way. However, it's important to ensure that everyone pays attention to the safety instructions beforehand.

Concentration, a game show that originated in the 1960s, has been given a professional twist. The game involved 30 numbered tiles on a board, each with an identical tile somewhere else on the board. These tiles had matching prizes on the back, and contestants would try to match them up to win the prize.
