As much as we want it, we’ll never be able to achieve work life balance. We all want to head home once our work is completed, that’s just not how it works.
Rather than striving for something perfect, go for something more realistic. Set realistic goals that you’re able to achieve at the moment, rather than something ambitious. Complete small tasks one at a time, rather than trying to finish a big project all together.
