Terms & Conditions
1. BILLING
Full settlement can be made either by cash or credit card (4% processing fees) upon completion of event. When charges are incurred and to be borne by your company, we will require a letter or email ([email protected]) of authority to confirm such arrangement. This is only applicable when Credit Department has approved credit facilities. Should credit be extended to your company, all payments are to be settled promptly within 30 days upon receipt of our invoice.
2. MINIMUM CHARGES
The minimum charges will be based on the actual number of guests attending, or guaranteed attendance as per quotation signed, whichever is higher.
You are required to re-confirm, not less than seven (14) working days before the scheduled date of the event, the exact number of guests who will be attending the function, failing which the total charges agreed to herein will be payable by you.
3. CANCELLATION
In the event of any cancellation of the event, all deposit made for this event will be forfeited. In addition, if the cancellation is made within 6 months from your event date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total estimated bill will be levied. Should the cancellation be made within 1 month from the event date, the cancellation charge of 70% of the total estimated bill will be levied. Any cancellation notice must be made in writing to Scentopia.
4. NON-AVAILABILITY
In cases where the designated event space is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, Scentopia reserves the right to transfer the client's event to alternative venue, without any change in the event price agreed to herein.
5. DAMAGE OR LOSS
The client or any persons attending the scheduled event shall be responsible for any loss or damage to all Scentopia property, and the cost of replacement or repair may be included in the final statement of account.
6. DAMAGE OR LOSS
The client shall be responsible for all_property (whether belonging to the guest or any other persons attending the scheduled event) placed, deposited, brought into or left in any part of the attraction and the attraction shall not b responsible for the safekeeping of custody of any guest'sproperty. Under no circumstances will the attraction make good or accept responsibility or liability in this respect.
