Many research has shown an increase in brain activity when one does exercises that reach a certain moderate intensity, such as running, biking, swimming and even dancing.
 
Moments after you exercise are the perfect time where it gives your body the spurt in productivity. Your body pumps in adrenaline and keeps your mind in its active and nimble state. We all understand how easy it is for me to write this, but to do it is a different story. But this is a passage everyone must learn to go through in life. Be kind to yourself, and set your own boundaries so others can recognize and respect it.

6. Building Better Relationship with Your Colleagues 
 
I have left this as the last keynote as the few pointers above, could supplement ideas to make this suggestion work.
