How to Stay Connected during Covid-19 Period?
When the Covid-19 wave came so suddenly and unexpectedly, hitting us and the world, staying connected in our social lives have also abruptly flipped into the virtual world.
However, it is important to have a balance and not neglect our social lives because our emotional and mental well-being is just as important as our physical health. Staying connected can be a major mental support to us, affecting our psychological health.

With the spread of Covid-19, it has pushed society to make do with more online work and online meetups - creating the new norm.
Existing and new online platforms are now the frequent platforms used for meetings, conference and casual meet ups.
To adopt this new lifestyle, some free online video platforms that organizations and individuals have started using during this Covid-19 season are Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams – allowing the work and communication to flow and function even despite not being able to meet up face-to-face.

Want to meet up but also want to avoid the crowd? Having online meals together could help you to get the best of both worlds – helping you to stay in touch and catch up with your colleagues and the seemingly long-lost friends during this Covid-19 period.
